West Broadway sits to the south of Portage Ave, extending to Cornish Ave with its southeast corner hugging the Assiniboine River. It is bordered to the west by Maryland St, and zig-zags back and forth near Colony St to the east. There are a handful of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood.
