Varsity View sits to the south of Roblin Blvd, extending to Grant Ave between William R. Clement Pkwy and the Assiniboine Forest at Chalfont Rd. There are a handful of city parks, including the eastern portion of Tom Chester Park and the Varsity View Community Centre.
