Marlton sits within the area where Roblin Blvd splits into Grant Ave, reaching east to William R. Clement Pkwy. Only Oakdale Dr runs through the entire length of the neighbourhood from Roblin Blvd to Grant Ave. The only city park is the western portion of Tom Chester Park.
