Pinehurst / Byron Park

Pinehurst / Byron Park is located on the north side of Pinehurst Cres, attached to Lincoln Middle School grounds between Byron Bay and Meadowside Dr. Several pathways wind through the park, passing next to a playground and a pair of baseball diamonds. A second playground is attached to the nearby Kirkfield / Westwood Community Centre along McBey Ave.

Welcome to Pinehurst / Byron Park! An open area in the outfield of a baseball diamond greets visitors entering the park from the northwest corner of Pinehurst Cres. Facing northeast.

A playground is nestled in along the western edge of the park, near the main entrance.

A pathway leads through the park from the northeast entrance at the corner of Golf Blvd and Meadowside Dr, facing west.

A park bench faces the two baseball diamonds, where the pathways leading through the park intersect one another. Facing southwest.

The athletic fields and hockey rinks of the Kirkfield Westwood Community Centre border the park to the north, facing northeast.

The pathway heading into the part from the northwest entrance off Byron Bay splits to head east deeper in the park, or south towards the playground.

The McBey Playground sits to the north of the Kirkfield - Westwood Community Centre, at the corner of McBey Ave and Daer Blvd.
