Jameswood sits to the north of Ness Ave, between Moray St and Air Force Way. The Yellow Ribbon Greenway trail runs along its northern border. The neighbourhood is split into two sections by the Canadian Forces athletic fields. There are two city parks, each with a playground. Another playground is available across from the Air Force Heritage Museum and Air Park, at the corner of Silver Ave and Sharp Blvd.
