Marj Edey Park

Marj Edey Park is found in the southern area of Charleswood just off Harte Trail, on Ridgewood Ave just east of Oakdale Dr. A second parking lot is available near the soccer fields off Fairmont Rd, just north of Wilkes Ave. The park offers plenty of wide open spaces, and is home to the Varsity View Sportsplex, Springers Gymnastics Club, and Michael Komenda Memorial Skatepark.

Welcome to Marj Edey Park! The park sign greets visitors arriving via the Harte Trail; or off Ridgewood Ave, just a little east from Oakdale Dr. Facing south.

A pathway leads to a set of tennis courts next to the Varsity View Sportsplex, facing southeast.

A sizeable parking lot is available next to the Springers Gymnastics building, beside the athletic fields in the park. Facing west.

A commemorative plaque on the boulder ahead introduces visitors to Marj Edey and the park. Facing southwest near the main parking lot.

Four baseball diamonds sit back-to-back in the center of the park, facing south.

There's plenty of open space surrounding the outfield of the baseball diamonds along the western edge of the park, facing east.

Cyclists can enter the park from Harte Trail, at the south end of Oakdale Dr. Facing south.
