Regent sits to the east of Lagimodiere Blvd, extending to Plessis Rd. It forms the shape of a bowtie, with parts of its north-south border following a set of railroad tracks. The rest of the northern border is along Reenders Dr, and the rest of the southern border is along Pandora Ave. Much of the area is commercial, but it is also home to the Rotary Prairie Nature Park.
