Normand Park

Normand Park sits along the eastern shore of the Red River, extending to St. Mary's Rd. It is bordered to the north by the edge of Henteloff Park, and to the south about a half kilometer from the Perimeter Hwy.

There are three city parks running along the east shore of the Red River:

  • Henteleff Park features long trails running through a forested area, and an interpretive centre describing the history of the area, found along the southbound side of St. Mary's Rd.
  • Van Hull Park, accessible off Marine Dr, continues the trail south along the bend of the Red River, offering a playground and open area.
  • Normand Park, accessible off Brambleforde Cres, Normand Park Dr, and Redview Dr, continues the trail south, offering another playground and several smaller open areas.
