Sturgeon Creek Parkway - Ness

The Sturgeon Creek Parkway runs along the eastern edge of the Sturgeon Creek neighbourhood, with this section lying between Ness Ave and Sturgeon Rd. There are plenty of scenic views of the creek and greenery, with a long trail passing through. The trail runs along the west side of the creek from Ness Ave until it reaches a footbridge, crossing to the east side of the creek up to Sturgeon Rd. Visitors can continue through the parkway on both ends of this section.

Welcome to the Sturgeon Creek Parkway! Visitors can wander into the parkway off Ness Ave near Kirby Dr. Facing southwest.

The pathway splits on the approach to the Ness bridge, leading up to the Alcott St loop, or under the bridge facing north.

Vibrant flowers run along the side of the pathway near Sturgeon Creek.

Plenty of benches are available alongside the pathway through the parkway. Facing southeast.

Visitors can walk into the parkway from the west through Amarynth Crescent Park. Facing east.

Visitors coming from the Heritage Park neighbourhoood can wander into the parkway off Lonsdale Dr. Facing west.

The four pathways coming from each entrance converge on a foot bridge in the center of this section of the parkway. Facing southwest.
