Bois-des-esprits
Bois-des-esprits, or "Woods where the Spirits Dwell", features several long winding trails through a forested area alongside the Seine River.
Several wood carvings can be found throughout the trail system, inspired by the original carving of Woody-Mhitik, which is now featured in the St. Boniface museum.
Visitors can enter the park area from the north off John Bruce Rd E, from the east off River Valley Dr or Eastoak Dr, or from the south off Shorehill Dr.
Cyclists looking to visit the area from Abinojii Mikanah can come from the north through Orchard Hill Park onto John Bruce Rd E.
