Fraipont sits to the west of Lagimodiere Blvd, extending to a set of railroad tracks behind Bonaventure Drive West. The northern border zigzags between rows of houses behind Bonaventure Drive East / Crestmont Dr. It is bordered to the south by the Perimeter Hwy. There are a handful of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood, though much of the area is currently under development.
