The Templeton - Sinclair neighbourhood sits to the north of Leila Ave, extending to the Bergen Cutoff. It is bordered to the west by McPhillips St, and to the east by a set of railroad tracks past Ferrier St. There are a bundle of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood.
