The Rosser - Old Kildonan neighbourhood sits mostly to the south of the Perimeter Hwy, made of largely of farms or undeveloped land. It extends as far west as Brookside Blvd, just north of Jefferson Ave; and as far east as a set of railroad tracks bordering the Riverbend neighbourhood.
There are currently no city parks, but development is taking place in the area east of McPhillips St. The city may split this area into a new neighbourhood named Highland Pointe.
