Riverview

Riverview sits along the western shore of the Red River, extending west to Osborne St and curling around to the back lane behind Jubilee Ave. There are a handful of city parks, several running alongside the Red River.

There are a handful of city parks.

• The Donald Riverbank runs along the west shore of the Red River, just east of Donald St and the railroad tracks.
• Don Togo Park is a greenspace with benches and a picnic table, running along the west short of the Red River, just east of the intersection between Osborne St and Don Ave.
• Don Gerrie Park runs along the west shore of the Red River, on the north side of Churchill Dr. Home of the Manitoba Paddling Association, the park features a set of pathways and trails running through a forested area.
• Arnold Avenue Park is a greenspace and playground next to Churchill High School, found on the north side of Arnold Ave.
• Fisher Park is found along Fisher St, between Oakwood Ave and Ashland Ave. The park area features a central garden, and a network of pathways running around two open areas.
• The Riverview Community Centre is found at the corner of Ashland Ave and Eccles St. The park area features a playground, hockey rink, tennis and basketball courts, and several athletic fields.
• Churchill Drive Park runs along the west shore of the Red River, on the south side of Churchill Dr. This long park features pathways and trails running through the forested area alongside the river bank.
