The Argue & Rosedale Athletic Field sits near the Jubilee Station of the southwest transitway, at the intersection between Rosedale Ave and Argue St. The park area features a network of intersecting cycling paths, an open area, and a soccer field.
This area was often referred to as Lee Park by nearby residents, likely a short-hand for "Jubilee". Prior to the construction of the transitway, the intersection between Jubilee Ave and Pembina Hwy was a standard traffic light. Jubilee Ave continued southwest towards Parker Ave. The hilltop in this area covered the land that is now part of the overpass.
