West Fort Garry Industrial sits to the south of McGillivray Blvd, extending to Bishop Grandin Blvd. It wraps around the residential neighbourhood of Linden Ridge, bordered to the west by Kenaston Blvd, and to the east by Waverley St. As a commercial and industrial neighbourhood, there are no city parks.
