Richmond West sits to the north of the south Perimeter Hwy, extending to the housing behind Colebrook Dr. It is bordered to the west by Waverley St / Tim Sale Dr, and to the east by Pembina Hwy. There are a handful of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood, the largest being Kirkbridge Park.
