Richmond Lakes sits to the south of the south Perimeter Hwy, extending to the housing along Bellemer Dr. It is bordered to the west by Waverley St, and to the east by the railroad tracks west of Pembina Hwy. There are a handful of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhoood.
