Bridgwater Forest sits to the south of Bishop Grandin Blvd, extending to Cadboro Rd. It is bordered to the west by Kenaston Blvd, and to the east by Waverley St. Portions of the area are still under development, with the southern boundary road of Bison Dr yet to be completed. There are a handful of city parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood.
