Beaumont sits to the west of Pembina Hwy, extending to the southwest transitway. It is bordered by Parker Ave / Heatherdale Ave to the north, and McGillivray Blvd to the south. There is a single city park, along with the Victoria site of the Fort Garry Community Centre.
