Spence sits to the south of Notre Dame Ave, extending to Portage Ave. It is bounded to the west by Sherbrook St, and to the east by Balmoral St. It excludes the University of Winnipeg grounds, bounded by Young St and Ellice Ave. There are a handful of city parks.
