Sargent Park

The Sargent Park neighbourhood sits to the north of Ellice Ave, extending to Notre Dame Ave. It is bounded to the west by a set of railroad tracks behind Empress St, and to the east by Ingersoll St.

There are two city parks, each providing a playground and a wide variety of activities:

• The Clifton site of the Valour Community Centre, found at Wellington Ave and Strathcona St, features several outdoor athletic fields.
• Sargent Park, found on the north side of Sargent Ave just east of Wall St, features an indoor recreation complex, a library, and several outdoor athletic fields.
