Marlton sits within the area where Roblin Blvd splits into Grant Ave, reaching east to William R. Clement Pkwy. Only Oakdale Dr runs north-south through the entire length of the neighbourhood, from Roblin Blvd to Grant Ave.

There is a single city park running along the eastern edge of the neighbourhood:

• The west side of Tom Chester Park, nestled up against William R. Clement Pkwy, sits on the site of the former Charleswood Golf Club. The park area features a long paved trail, a pond, and several benches to enjoy the view.
