Varsity View

Varsity View sits to the south of Roblin Blvd, extending to Grant Ave between William R. Clement Pkwy and the Assiniboine Forest at Chalfont Rd. The main entry points into the neighbourhood include Haney St, Laxdal Rd, and Elmhurst Rd.

There are four city parks:

• The east side of Tom Chester Park, nestled up against William R. Clement Pkwy, sits on the site of the former Charleswood Golf Club. The park area features a long paved trail, and several benches to enjoy the view.
• The Varsity View Community Centre is found on the east side of Laxdal Rd, offering a playground, two hockey rinks, and several athletic fields.
• Chester Square offers a playground and greenspace between City Ave and Stockdale St.
• Bramble Drive Park provides a playground and trail through a small forested area on the east side of Bramble Dr, next to Royal School grounds.
